OVI & DUS Offenses:
Shall be scheduled on Monday or Friday at 8:30 AM within 5 days of issuance of citation.
In the event of a Monday holiday, the arraignment shall be scheduled for the following Tuesday at l:00 PM.
All Other Traffic Offenses: Shall be set for a Friday at 8:30AM listed below.
